The cost, up to 100 us dollars per test, may be collected upon entry or by the hotel. Once approved o After application has been pre-approved, the applicant should buy air ticket and book an Alternative Quarantine (AQ) or book a SHA+ accommodation if the applicant apply for Sandbox Programme. o Please upload proof of payment for AQ or AQ booking confirmation or pre-paid SHA+ accommodation booking

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Thailand’s Certificate of Entry (COE) Registration System (for air travel) Thai Nationals /สำหรับคนไทย ลงทะเบียนขอหนังสือรับรอง o กรอกแบบฟอร์มพร้อม upload หน้าข้อมูลหนังสือเดินทาง (ในเมนูหน้าถัดไป) o สถานเอกอัครราชทูต / สถานกงสุลใหญ่ จะใช้เวลาพิจารณาคำร้อง 3 วันทำการ o ผู้ยื่นคำร้องสามารถตรวจสอบผลการพิจารณาผ่านเว็บไซต์ (ในเมนูหน้าถัดไป) o หากผู้ยื่นคำร้องจะเดินทางเข้าพื้นที่นำร่องรับนักท่องเที่ยว (Sandbox) ผู้ยื่นคำร้องจะต้องเข้ารับการตรวจหาเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 โดยวิธี RT-PCR จำนวน 1-3 ครั้ง (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาที่พำนักอยู่ใน Sandbox) โดยต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยตนเอง(ประมาณ 3,000 บาท/ครั้ง โดยอาจถูกเรียกเก็บจากโรงแรมหรือเมื่อเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทย) เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติ o ผู้ยื่นคำร้องจองตั๋วเครื่องบิน และสถานที่กักกันตัวทางเลือก (Alternative Quarantine – AQ) หรือ โรงแรมที่พักมาตรฐาน SHA+ หากเดินทางเข้า Sandbox o อัปโหลดตั๋วเครื่องบิน และหลักฐานการชำระเงินหรือหลักฐานยืนยันการชำระเงินหรือการจอง AQ หรือ โรงแรมที่พัก SHA+ ภายใน 15 วัน หลังจากไ
