เว็บไซต์ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ได้เผยแพร่ระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยการเนรเทศ พ.ศ. 2569 เพื่อใช้เป็นมาตรการเด็ดขาดในการจัดการกับชาวต่างชาติที่กระทำผิดกฎหมาย โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้การบังคับใช้กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการเนรเทศเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ศีลธรรมอันดี และความปลอดภัยในสังคม

สืบเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันที่พบชาวต่างชาติ ทั้งกลุ่มที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรโดยถูกต้องและไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย มีพฤติการณ์ฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ส่วนตน รัฐบาลจึงออกระเบียบฉบับนี้เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือทางกฎหมายในการส่งตัวชาวต่างชาติที่มีพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวกลับไปยัง “ประเทศต้นทาง” หรือ “ประเทศที่สาม” อย่างรวดเร็ว

ทั้งนี้ ระเบียบฉบับดังกล่าวมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดฉบับเต็มได้ที่ ประกาศราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Royal Thai Government Gazette Announces New Deportation Regulations to Crackdown on Foreign Lawbreakers

The Royal Thai Government Gazette has published the Office of the Prime Minister Regulations on Deportation, B.E. 2569, establishing strict measures to handle foreign nationals who violate the law and exhibit undesirable behaviors by deporting them back to their countries of origin or to a third country.

The primary objective of this regulation is to ensure that the enforcement of deportation laws is carried out swiftly and efficiently, as well as to maintain public peace, good morals, and social security. This enforcement follows the observation that foreign nationals—both those who entered the kingdom legally and illegally—have engaged in unlawful behaviors to pursue personal gains.
